The first edition of the Heaven Hill Heritage Collection is crafted from a mashbill of 78% corn, 10% rye, and 12% malted barley, and bottled at a robust barrel proof of 118.2. It is a rich blend of 28% 20-year-old barrels, 44% 19-year-old barrels, and 28% 17-year-old barrels—sourced from Heaven Hill’s Deatsville, Glencoe, Schenley, and Bardstown campus warehouses. This rare, 17-year-old bourbon is a true testament to Heaven Hill’s patience and dedication to ultra-aging techniques.

The nose is bold and enticing, offering rich aromas of caramelized sugar, oak spice, and dark fruit, with hints of vanilla and toasted wood. On the palate, this barrel-proof bourbon reveals layers of butterscotch, toffee, and aged leather, accented by a warming spiciness and deep oak tannins.
