To provide a unique perspective of the Ink Grade Estate. Undoubtedly, this site and the inherent stress it lends to grape growing will saturate the grapes with intensity and depth. This is not a feeble or simple wine. It will age incredibly well. Rather, it is our intent to provide a lens through which one can begin to understand the concept of site and how it is transparent in these wines regardless of varietal or winemaking.
