Opici Madeira

A full rich wine with an amber color and a hearty ripe flavor. It is perfectly suited to creating demi-glaze sauces and adds a burst of flavor to brown sauces pork and poultry gravy. While this Madeira is usually used for cooking it is a delightful after dinner wine.
